Page Rank building is bad for bloggers specially when you are a newbie. Don’t waste your time building links, exchanging links or buying links. They will come in time. and you could even get linkbacks for free when you build quality contents. Your PR will come naturally as others will be willing to put you on their trackbacks and their blogroll as you have a quality content.

As I have quoted before build it they will come, build it right they will stay. PR building with no quality content is just a waste of time and money. What you should focus on is to get noticed and get visited again and again. While in just exerting all your efforts in pumping up you PR with poor quality content gets you a high Bounce Rate. High Bounce rate is a sign that your visitor is not staying long enough to read what you are saying. If you really have the need to build your PR quickly do it sparingly you might end up building your PR but might forget to build your content.

The best time will be if you have a lot of quality and targeted content. And when that time came you might not even need to optimize it as your PR already has improved. And you have save your precious time and your hard earned money.
